What we collect

If you submit the form on this site, we collect what you enter: first name, email, optional phone number, age range, goal, any note you add, and your symptom check answers if you took it. We also record the time you agreed to be contacted and the page or ad that brought you to the site.

Symptom check answers stay in your browser unless you submit the form.

How we use it

We share your form details with one independent coaching partner so they can contact you by email, phone, or text about a free consultation, as you agreed when submitting. We may be paid for that introduction. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

Your choices

You can opt out of contact at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email. To have your information deleted, email [email protected].
